Waited 2 & a half hour for are food when it finally arrived it was only just warm !! It seems to get worst every time I order ! It said 70 minutes when I ordered online Think I’ll be taking my custom else where from now on it’s happened too many times now !!

Very dissappointed. We usually love the food from here and the customer service we receive. Today was a shambles. We have been calling for 20 minutes I understand you could be busy. When the phone was finally answered the woman answered I asked if you were open. A general question? The woman then abruptly replied if ‘I wasn’t open love I wouldn’t be stood here answering the phone now would i’. Rude. Abrupt. Chavy. Unacceptable. We are celebrating this evening lockdown birthdays, you try to make them the best you can. Due to your not so lovely member of staff you will NOT be having our large order this evening. We will not be returning.

Best Chinese takeaway in crossgates

It was Christmas Eve and I appreciate it was very busy. However, the women on the front of house made me feel like I'd gate crashed her Christmas dinner! She was very rude until I was leaving. At that point, she apologised for the delay in making the order. I had to wait 20mins in addition to the original 30mins prep time. Food was pretty average and more expensive than neighbouring takeaways too.

This is probably the best Chinese food in east leeds but really does need to address delivery time. Two hours tonight. I could have made it myself and cleaned up in that time. The staff are brilliant too. Tonight the soup was nice and hot the prawn toast warm but the Thai Red Curry was tepid st most. Please try to find a solution to speed of order processing.
